Physical Therapy
HMC’s physical therapy practice involves many levels of service. Our team provides individualized evaluations, followed by personalized treatment plans. The physical therapists will incorporate manual or hands-on therapy, as well as exercise instructions, strengthening exercises, balance training, home programs, and modalities as needed, and teach body mechanics and correct posture.
Members of our team have further training in Fascial Counterstrain and the McKenzie Technique. HMC offers a comprehensive range of strength training and exercise equipment for use during physical therapy and treats patients of all ages.
