Mon | 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Tue  | 9:00 am – 6:30 pm

Wed | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

*First Tuesday of each month: HMC is closed between 8:30am and 9am for a staff meeting

Resa Noe-Norman, DNP, PMHNP

Resa is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and has her doctorate in nursing practice providing telepsychiatry services to all ages. This service includes assessment, diagnosis and medication management for all mental health disorders.

Jamie Rice, LPC

Jamie is a licensed professional counselor in both Virginia and West Virginia. She provides counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Jamie enjoys working with folks to help them address challenges that many face at some point in their lifetime. This includes stress, grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, chronic illness, loneliness, and adjusting to changes. Jamie has specialized training in trauma, PTSD, and substance use disorders and uses a variety of approaches to try and meet the needs of her patients. This includes, but is not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
