As Nurse Manager, you will oversee daily clinic operations, mentor and support medical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations — while still providing hands-on nursing care as part of our interdisciplinary team. This role serves as a critical link between clinical staff, providers, administration, and the community we serve.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and team member scheduling.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate medical support staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, immunizations, and documentation.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote effective communication across teams.
Manage inventory, point-of-care testing controls, and clinical supplies.
Participate in daily huddles, pre-visit planning, and regular leadership meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current, unrestricted Virginia RN license; BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
Minimum of 3 years’ clinical nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
