Our Services
Primary Medical Care
HMC provides primary medical care and assists patients in managing ongoing health issues, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other conditions.
Nutrition Services
Our Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator can meet with you one-on-one to develop a personalized nutrition plan and establish an action plan for healthy eating. We can provide ongoing coaching and advice with a focus on progress, not perfection.
Behavioral Health
HMC’s behavioral health services are part of our complete primary care to support patient mental wellness. We provide counseling and medication management to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, manage mental health conditions, and improve overall well-being in a compassionate, confidential setting.
HMC Pharmacy
HMC has a full-service pharmacy that is available to both patients and the community. Some medications may be available at discounted prices for HMC patients.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services involve many levels of service. We provide individualized evaluations, followed by personalized treatment plans.
Dental Care
HMC offers comprehensive dental care, ranging from routine exams, x-rays, and cleanings to more complex procedures, to provide patients with a beautiful smile.
School-Based Health Care
HMC provides care at Highland County Public Schools for sports physicals, vaccination clinics, and physical therapy.
