Highland Medical Center is seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Maintenance team member to help keep our building and grounds safe, clean, and welcoming for patients, visitors, and staff.

In this vital part-time role, you’ll take pride in maintaining the appearance and function of our facility—handling small repairs, supporting housekeeping, and ensuring that every space reflects HMC’s commitment to quality care close to home. Whether you’re changing light bulbs, tidying up common areas, or assisting with event setups, your work will directly support a positive and comfortable experience for all who enter our doors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform light maintenance and minor repairs to keep our facility in top shape.

  • Share in the responsibility of housekeeping functions that promote a clean, safe, and organized environment.

  • Maintain the grounds and exterior of HMC properties.

  • Assist with special projects and events.

  • Collaborate with the COO, housekeeping, and other HMC team members to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous maintenance or environmental services experience preferred.

  • Must be able to work safely, follow OSHA standards, and maintain confidentiality.

  • BLS certification required (training provided if needed).
