Nutrition Services
Meeting with our Registered Dietitian helps provide the information and support you need to make positive changes to improve your health. Dietary recommendations may be part of your care plan if you experience high blood pressure or cholesterol, food allergies or intolerances, kidney disease, PCOS, osteoporosis, digestive issues or disorders, weight management concerns, and nutrition-related side effects of cancer.
Our Diabetes Educator can assist with self-management of diabetes and prediabetes, helping patients set priorities and work on improving their own diabetes management in the following self-care areas: Healthy eating, being active, blood sugar monitoring, medications, problem solving, and reducing risk.
